Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and debit card payments. Orders are processed upon completion of payment, confirmation of contact info and data.
Shipping
Hemp Cigarettes, Enriched Flowers, CBD prerolls, CBG prerolls and all other current products ship twice (2X) per week -Mondays and Thursdays, via USPS First Class or Priority Mail that include a tracking number.
Orders arrive within three to seven (3-7) days of purchase.
Returns, refunds and exchanges
We do not accept returns or cancellations. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us and we will work out a solution.
If you have concerns about sizing on a particular garment, we are happy to guide you through your selection. Please contact us for advice and sizing charts.
We do not refund items.
A special note about exchanges – due to the continuing andfluid Covid-19 situation, we can not accept exchanges orreturns at this time unless they arrive damaged or defective.That said, every effort is given to make sure you’re happy.
The following items can not be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective:
– Custom or personalized orders
– Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
– Items on sale
Exchange requests must be received within 14 days of delivery to be authorized. After you receive authorization from us, simply mail/ship the item to us in the condition it was received and with delivery confirmation. Otherwise, we are not responsible for packages lost in the mail. Once received, we will ship out the exchange package. Additional shipping charges may apply.
We happily accept wholesale, distribution and mass distro orders.
